研究目的：

观察长沙市中医医院（长沙市第八医院）经验方清胰导泄汤口服与清胰汤导泄口服+黄硝膏（大黄芒硝粉加生理盐水调制）外敷对腑实热结证急性胰腺炎的临床疗效，其目的证明联合治疗优于单纯中药口服疗效，减轻患者痛苦，减少患者住院时间。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy of an experienced formula for acute pancreatitis, known as Qing Yi Dao Xie Tang oral administration, at the Changsha Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital (Changsha Eighth Hospital), and to compare it with the combined treatment of Qing Yi Tang Dao Xie Oral Administration + Huang Xiao Plaster (The preparation of powdered rhubarb and mirabilite mixed with physiological saline) on acute pancreatitis with the pattern of Fu Shi Re Jie syndrome. To demonstrate that combination therapy is superior to oral Chinese medicine alone, reducing patient suffering and hospitalization duration.

纳入标准：

1.确诊急性胰腺炎的患者； 2.年龄在18岁以上的患者； 3.符合研究的特定临床特征，如疼痛、胰腺功能异常等； 4.同意参与研究并签署知情同意书的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis; 2. Patients aged >= 18 years; 3. Patients meeting specific clinical criteria for the study, such as pain, pancreatic function abnormalities, etc.; 4. Patients willing to participate in the study and who have signed informed consent forms.

排除标准：

1.患有其他严重疾病，如心脏病、肝病、肾病等（伴有恶性肿瘤或慢性肝、肾、心脏功能衰竭者）； 2.患有其他胰腺疾病，如胰腺癌、胰腺囊肿等； 3.孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 4.长期使用某些药物或药物过敏史； 5.研究过程中无法遵守研究协议的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other severe conditions such as heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, etc. (including those with malignant tumors or chronic liver, kidney, or heart failure); 2. Patients with other pancreatic diseases, such as pancreatic cancer or pancreatic cysts; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with a history of long-term medication use or drug allergies; 5. Patients unable to comply with the study protocol during the research process.

本次试验将就诊于长沙市中医医院肝胆胰血管外科的病人，且入院确诊急性胰腺炎的住院患者 90例，均因急性腹痛于发病 48 小时内入院。中医辨病均属腹痛，证属腑实热结。严格遵循随机对照的原则分为 3组，对照组、试验1组和试验2组各 30 例。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

In this study, 90 inpatients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis within the Hepatobiliary, and Pancreatic Division of Vascular Surgery at the Changsha Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were recruited. All patients had been admitted to the hospital within 48 hours of the onset of acute abdominal pain. Traditional Chinese medicine pattern differentiation indicated abdominal pain with the pattern of Fu Shi Re Jie. Utilizing rigorous randomization principles, patients were divided equally into three groups: a control group, experimental group 1, and experimental group 2, each comprising 30 patients.
