研究目的：

通过探讨术前衰弱与全麻术后慢性疼痛发生之间的关系，可指导术前早期对衰弱患者的及时识别及干预，预防术后慢性疼痛发生，提高术后对慢性疼痛的管理，改善老年患者生活质量，为今后临床术后慢性疼痛的预防提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

By exploring the relationship between preoperative frailty and the occurrence of chronic pain after general anesthesia, it can guide the timely identification and intervention of frailty patients in the early preoperative period, prevent the occurrence of postoperative chronic pain, improve the postoperative management of chronic pain, improve the quality of life of elderly patients, and provide new ideas for the prevention of postoperative chronic pain in the future.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

拟于全身麻醉下行择期胃肠手术、肺部手术的住院患者，①签署知情同意书；②ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级；③年龄≥65岁

Inclusion criteria

For patients undergoing elective Gastrointestinal surgery or pulmonary surgery under general anesthesia,① Sign informed consent; ②ASA grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ; Age ≥65 years old

排除标准：

①认知功能异常；②沟通交流障碍者；③6个月内再行二次手术病人；

Exclusion criteria：

① Abnormal cognitive function; ② People with communication disorders; ③ Patients undergoing a second operation within 6 months;
