研究目的：

以开放手术为对照，评价机器人辅助保留乳头乳晕皮下腺体切除+I期假体重建术治疗早期乳腺癌的疗效和手术安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Compared with open surgery, the efficacy and safety of Da Vinci robot-assisted versus open nipple-sparing mastectomy combined with stage I prosthesis breast reconstruction treatment of early breast cancer were evaluated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 年龄18岁-60岁 2: 病理证实为浸润性乳腺癌 3: T1-2N0M0不愿意保乳或T3N0M0经新辅助治疗后仍不适合行保乳手术 4: 乳房体积小于500 ml，无重度下垂者 5: 肿瘤未侵及乳头乳晕及皮下组织 6: 术前ECOG体力状态评分0~1分 7: 术前ASA评分I-III 8: 接受乳腺假体重建,同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1: Aged 18-60 years old 2: Pathology confirmed invasive breast cancer 3: T1-2N0M0 is unwilling to undergo breast preservation surgery or T3N0M0 is not suitable for breast preservation surgery after neoadjuvant therapy 4: Breast volume less than 500 ml, no severe ptosis 5: The tumor did not invade the nipple areola and subcutaneous tissue 6: Preoperative ECOG physical status score was 0~1 7: Preoperative ASA score was I-III 8: Underwent breast prosthesis reconstruction, agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent

排除标准：

1: 双侧乳腺癌或对侧乳房需要行预防性切除 2: 术后需行放疗 3: 术前评估为严重心、肝、肺、肾等重要脏器功能障碍不能耐受麻醉手术及必需的综合治疗 4: 恶性肿瘤（甲状腺癌、皮肤基底细胞癌等除外）病史 5: 长期吸烟史 6: 严重的精神疾患 7: 6个月内有不稳定性心绞痛或心肌梗塞史、脑梗塞或脑出血病史 8: 怀孕和哺乳期妇女

Exclusion criteria：

1: Prophylactic resection of both breast cancers or the opposite breast is required 2: Postoperative radiotherapy was required 3: Preoperative assessment was severe dysfunction of heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organs, which could not tolerate anesthesia surgery and necessary comprehensive treatment 4: History of malignant tumors (except thyroid cancer, skin basal cell carcinoma, etc.) 5: Long history of smoking 6: Severe mental illness 7: History of unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, or cerebral hemorrhage within 6 months 8: Pregnant and lactating women
