研究目的：

探讨中药外用治疗黄褐斑的疗效及作用机制，建立中医治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效评价体系，发挥中医药在治疗皮肤损容性疾病方面的优势。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the curative effect and mechanism of external application of traditional Chinese medicine on Melasma,establish a clinical efficacy evaluation system for the treatment of Melasma with traditional Chinese meidicine,utilize the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of skin disfiguring diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合黄褐斑稳定期诊断标准； 2.年龄在 20—60 岁的患者，男、女不限；

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria of Melasma in stable period; 2.Patients aged 20—60,regardless of gender.

排除标准：

1.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 2.过敏体质或对本药、或药物成分过敏者； 3.有严重心、肾、肝脏及内分泌等系统病或患有肿瘤 和免疫缺陷性疾病； 4.近 30 日内服过治疗本病的药物（包括活血化瘀类 药物）；和/或 7 天内外用过治疗本病的药物； 5.其他疾病引起的色素沉着; 6.面部有单纯疱疹、破溃、浸渍、糜烂等皮损，或属 于敏感性皮肤。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lantating women; 2.Individuals with allergic constitution or allergic to this drug or its ingredients; 3.Having severe systemic diseases such as heart,kidey,liver,and endocrine systen,or suffering from tumors and immunodeiciency diseases; 4.Have taken medicationfor the treatment of this disease within the past 30 days (including drugs for promoting blood circulation and resolving biood stasis);And/or medication used to treat this disease within or after 7 days; 5.Pigmentation caused by other diseases; 6.Skin lesions such as Herpes simpiex,ulceration,immersion and erosion on the face,or sensitive skin diseases
