研究目的：

通过比较观看术前宣教视频组与对照组患儿的PAED评分，证实观看术前宣教视频能够缓解患儿的恐惧、焦虑情绪，改善ED的发生情况。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the PAED score of children in the preoperative education video group and the control group, it was confirmed that watching the preoperative education video can alleviate the fear and anxiety of children and improve the occurrence of ED.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.于中国医科大学附属盛京医院择期行腺体切除术或腺扁桃体切除术的患儿； 2.预计手术时间不超过1小时； 3.年龄3-7岁； 4.ASA分级I或II级；

Inclusion criteria

1. Children undergoing adenectomy or adenotonsillectomy at Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University; 2. The surgery is expected to take less than an hour; 3. Aged 3-7 years; 4. ASA grade I-II.

排除标准：

1.神经精神疾病； 2.发育迟缓； 3.不适应的行为； 4.注意缺陷障碍； 5.自闭症； 6.父母的拒绝； 7.轻度感冒； 8.有严重的听力或视觉障碍病史； 9.术前焦虑，需要镇静预处理; 10.静脉通路建立失败。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Neuropsychiatric diseases; Developmental delay; 2. Maladaptive behavior; Attention deficit disorder; 3. Autism; 4. Refusal of parents; 5. Mild cold; 6. A history of severe hearing or visual impairment; 7. Preoperative anxiety, need sedation pretreatment; 8. The establishment of venous access failed

试验组患者接受相同的术前访视外，还观看术前宣教视频，术前访视在医院病房进行。患儿在术前晚、术日晨、术前等候区时分别观看视频一次。
