研究目的：

本课题拟通过设计学校体育活动干预方案，家庭体育活动干预方案，家校体育活动干预方案，然后比较不同干预组的效果，探究干预方案的作用机制；制定和实施“家校联合”干预方案；并对干预效果进行评价。为“健康中国2030”引领下的儿童健康教育、家庭体育教育和学校体育教育提供理论与实践的参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to explore the action mechanism of the intervention program by designing school physical activity intervention program, family sports activity intervention program, home-school physical activity intervention program, and then comparing the effects of different intervention groups; formulate and implement the "home-school combination" intervention program; and evaluate the intervention effect. It provides a theoretical and practical reference for children's health education, family physical education and school physical education under the guidance of "Healthy China 2030".

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）所有参与者年龄大于10岁； （2）至少有一定体育活动水平； （3）均为在校人员； （4）受试者自愿加入本研究，签署知情同意书，依从性好，配合随访干预。

Inclusion criteria

(1) All the participants were older than 10 years old; (2) At least a certain level of physical activity; (3) All of them are in-school personnel; (4) The subjects volunteered to join the study, signed the informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with the follow-up intervention.

排除标准：

（1）依从性低； （2）受伤失访、中途退出； （3）有功能动作障碍和疼痛。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Low compliance; (2) Loss of follow-up and withdrawal; (3) Functional movement dysfunction and pain.
