研究目的:

本研究着重关注农村75岁及以上老年人群,旨在:(1)评估老年人饮食能力,分析其对营养状况和膳食摄入的影响;(2)探讨老年人唾液成分和口腔微生物群组成,及其与味觉和营养不良的关系。为营养不良干预提供口腔健康新思路、新方向,最终提高老年人的生活质量和期望寿命。  

Objectives of Study:

This study focuses on the elderly population aged 75 and above in rural areas, aiming to: (1) evaluate the oral processing ability of the elderly and analyze its impact on nutritional status and dietary intake; (2) Explore the composition of saliva and oral microbiota in elderly people, as well as their relationship with taste and malnutrition. Provide new ideas and directions for oral health interventions to address malnutrition, ultimately improving the quality of life and life expectancy of the elderly.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)年龄 ≥ 75岁;(2)在调查地区居住时间 ≥ 6个月;(3)意识清楚,语言交流能力较好;(4)有提供人口统计、生活方式、饮食和健康等可靠信息的能力;(5)自愿参与并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥ 75 years old;(2) Living in the surveyed area for ≥ 6 months; (3) Clear awareness and good language communication skills; (4) The ability to provide reliable information on demographics, lifestyle, diet, and health; (5) Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准:

(1)各种疾病晚期的老年患者;(2)患有痴呆或阿尔茨海默病等认知相关的其他疾病;(3)感官残疾(失聪、失明)或严重的听觉障碍;(4)无自理能力的;(5)家属或患者不配合调查或沟通的;(6)测试当天存在牙痛、牙齿松动、急性牙周炎等口腔健康问题者;(7)测试前3个月内摄入会影响唾液分泌的药物。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) older patients at the end-stage of various diseases; (2) older patients with cognitive diseases; (3) Sensory disability (hearing loss, blindness) or severe hearing impairment; (4) older patients without autonomous capacity; (5) family members or the patients did not cooperate with the investigation or communication.(6) Individuals with oral health issues such as toothache, loose teeth, and acute periodontitis on the day of testing; (7) Consuming drugs that can affect saliva secretion within the first three months of testing.
