研究目的：

本课题旨在通过宫氏脑针疗法，观察慢性失眠患者的睡眠主、客观指标变化，研究其对神经、内分泌及炎症反应产生的影响，以探究宫氏脑针治疗失眠的机制，为慢性失眠症的治疗提供一种科学可行的办法。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to observe the changes in subjective and objective sleep indices of chronic insomnia patients through Gong's Brain-Needling therapy, and to investigate its effects on the nervous, endocrine, and inflammatory responses. The goal is to explore the mechanism of Gong's Brain-Needling therapy for treating insomnia and provide a scientifically feasible method for the treatment of chronic insomnia.

纳入标准：

1.慢性失眠患者需符合第五版的《精神疾病诊断与统计手册》（DSM-V）对于失眠障碍的诊断标准； 2.患者年龄>=18岁且<=85岁； 3. 24项汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-24）评分<=35分，焦虑自评量表（SELF-RATING ANXIETY SCALE，SAS）评分<=69分。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with chronic insomnia must meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorders in the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V); 2. The patient's age is>=18 years old and<=85 years old; 3. 24 Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24) scores<=35 points, and Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores<=69 points.

排除标准：

1.合并严重且未得到控制的躯体疾病; 2.近期有脑梗死、颅脑外伤等神经系统损伤性疾病； 3.存在内分泌(如甲状腺功能亢进、库欣综合征、糖尿病）、免疫系统相关疾病； 4.重度酒精依赖患者; 5.依从性差不能按要求接受治疗者； 6.正接受抗生素、皮质类固醇或激素治疗者； 7.近2周内患有感染或炎症疾病； 8.孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 9.频繁倒班或夜班工作者； 10.有理解或阅读困难、运动障碍或不能配合完成实验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Merge severe and uncontrolled physical diseases; 2. Recent neurological injuries such as cerebral infarction and traumatic brain injury; 3. Endocrine (such as hyperthyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, diabetes) and immune system related diseases; 4. Patients with severe Alcohol dependence; 5. Those with poor compliance who cannot receive treatment as required; 6. Those who are receiving antibiotic, Corticosteroid or hormone treatment; 7. Suffering from infection or inflammatory disease within the past 2 weeks; 8. Pregnant or lactating women; 9. Frequent shift or night shift workers; 10. Individuals with difficulty in understanding or reading, motor impairment, or inability to cooperate in completing the experiment.
