研究目的：

本研究拟比较探讨在我国当前新型冠状病毒感染后多久进行择期手术可使病人安全最大化，实现加速康复。研究主要比较在确诊感染新冠肺炎奥密克戎变异株后到手术日的不同时间间隔的日间手术患者进行手术后低氧血症发生率，为提高当前我国全面放开后新型冠状病毒感染常态化下患者择期手术的安全性以及减少术后相关并发症风险提供理论依据和数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare and explore how long after the current novel coronavirus infection in China elective surgery can maximize patient safety and accelerate recovery. This study mainly compares the incidence of postoperative hypoxemia in day surgery patients at different intervals between the confirmed infection with the Omicron variant of new coronary pneumonia and the day of surgery, which provides theoretical basis and data support for improving the safety of elective surgery and reducing the risk of postoperative related complications in patients under the normalization of new coronavirus infection after full liberalization in China.

纳入标准：

1.因任何适应症来郑州大学第一附属医院郑东院区日间手术部行择期手术的感染新型冠状病毒后康复的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who recovered from infection with the novel coronavirus after elective surgery in the Day Surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University for any indications.
