研究目的：

为降低腰椎管狭窄术后患者恐动症的发生，增强患者的自我效能，促进患者机体功能康复，提高患者生活质量，课题组基于保护动机理论，拟构建适合腰椎管狭窄术后恐动症患者的健康教育方案，并选取符合排纳标准的腰椎管狭窄术后恐动症患者作为研究对象，进行实证研究，评价健康教育效果。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to reduce the occurrence of kinetophobia in patients after lumbar spinal stenosis surgery, enhance their self-efficacy, promote their physical function rehabilitation, and improve their quality of life, based on the theory of protective motivation, the research group intends to construct a health education program suitable for patients with kinetophobia after lumbar spinal stenosis surgery, and select patients with kinetophobia after lumbar spinal stenosis who meet the exclusion criteria as the research objects. An empirical study was conducted to evaluate the effect of health education.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.首次行腰椎手术治疗的腰椎管狭窄术后恐动症患者(TSK>37分)； 2.年龄40-80岁； 3.所有患者均经过询问病史、体格检查及影像学检查获得明确诊断； 4.理解能力正常、智力正常。

Inclusion criteria

1. Kinetophobia patients (TSK>37) who underwent lumbar spinal stenosis for the first time; 2. Age 40-80 years old; 3. All patients were diagnosed by medical history, physical examination and imaging examination; 4. Normal understanding ability, normal intelligence.

排除标准：

1.患有严重的慢性疾病（严重的肝肾疾病、心脏疾病和风湿疾病等）； 2.排除合并其他疾病，如：肿瘤、感染等； 3.正在参与其他干预项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from serious chronic diseases (severe liver and kidney diseases, heart diseases and rheumatic diseases, etc.); 2. Excluding other diseases, such as tumor, infection, etc.; 3. Those who are participating in other intervention projects.
