研究目的：

构建与应用预防护理路径，以降低结直肠癌术后肠梗阻的发生率，改善患者的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Construct and apply preventive nursing path to reduce the incidence of POI of colorectal cancer and improve the quality of life of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病理学检查确诊为结直肠癌，并接受结直肠癌根治术；
2.年龄为≥18岁者；
3.符合手术指征者；
4.临床资料完整者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of colorectal cancer and received radical resection of colorectal cancer;
2. Aged >= 18 years;
3. Those who meet the operation indications;
4. The clinical data is complete.

排除标准：

1.出现远处转移或腹腔转移者；
2.术后发生吻合口瘘或腹腔感染者；
3.伴随其他消化系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with distant metastasis or abdominal metastasis;
2. Postoperative anastomotic fistula or abdominal infection;
3. Those with other digestive system diseases.
