Objectives of Study：

Study of the correlation between serum mtDNA levels and the degree of ischemia-reperfusion myocardial injury in STEMI patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合 WHO 急性心肌梗死诊断标准；②缺血性胸痛持续时间>30min；③心电图:ST段抬高导联为供血区域对应的至少2个导联，胸导≥0.2 mV，肢导≥0.1mV;④签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

(i) meeting WHO criteria for acute myocardial infarction; (ii) duration of ischaemic chest pain more than 30min; (iii) ECG:ST-segment elevation in 2 or more leads corresponding to the blood supply area, with chest leads at least 0.2 mV and limb leads at least 0.1mV ; (iv)signing informed consent form.
