通过比较加热湿化经鼻高流量吸氧与鼻导管持续正压通气在婴幼儿中重度毛细支气管炎中的临床应用效果，以确定HHFNC的疗效及安全性优劣性  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the Heated, Humidified High-Flow Nasal Cannula and nasal continuous positive airway pressure in infants and young children moderately severe clinical application effect of capillary bronchitis, and to determine the efficacy and safety of HHFNC and inferiority.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

根据2014年《毛细支气管炎诊断、治疗与预防专家共识》，符合毛细支气管炎诊断标准；并按病情严重程度分级，符合中重度毛细支气管炎判定标准中任何一项者

Inclusion criteria

According to the 2014 capillary bronchitis, diagnosis, treatment and prevention expert consensus, capillary bronchitis diagnostic standard; And according to the illness severity classification, in line with the relation between capillary bronchitis decision criteria in any of the terms

排除标准：

紧迫需要呼吸支持（意识障碍、呼吸暂停等），先天性心脏病，颅脑外伤、面部畸形，上气道阻塞，支气管肺发育不良，哮喘病史者

Exclusion criteria：

Urgent need to respiratory support (disturbance of consciousness, apnea, etc.), congenital heart disease, cerebral trauma, facial deformity, airway obstruction, bronchial pulmonary hypoplasia, history of asthma
