研究目的：

探讨“膳食VD3补充-血清25(OH)D/PTH-骨标志物”间的关系，从而验证并最终提出适合于我国育龄女性维生素D缺乏的判定指标及界值参考值。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between dietary VD3 supplement and serum 25(OH)D/ PTH-bone markers, and to verify and finally put forward the determination index and the reference values of vitamin D deficiency suitable for Chinese women of childbearing age.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

汉族，女性（22-50岁），BMI 18.5-28 kg/m^2，基线 25(OH)D在＜30 ng/mL。

Inclusion criteria

Han nationality, female (22-50 years old), BMI 18.5-28 kg/m^2, baseline 25(OH)D < 30 ng/mL.

排除标准：

1.最近1个月有摄入钙镁或维生素D补充剂，服用可能影响维生素D代谢、钙吸收或心血管疾病风险的药物；
2.肝肾功能不正常，患有糖尿病、高血压、哮喘、吸收不良等影响胃肠道吸收的相关疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Taking calcium, magnesium or vitamin D supplements in the last 1 month or taking medications that may affect vitamin D metabolism, calcium absorption or cardiovascular disease risk;
2. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function, diabetes, hypertension, asthma, malabsorption and other related diseases affecting gastrointestinal absorption.

由非本项目组的工作人员根据基线25(OH)D和PTH数据按照1:1匹配，由excel生成随机数字，并按随机数字大小分配到400单位/天和800单位/天组。

According to the baseline 25 (OH) D and PTH data, the staff not in the project team matched the participants with 1:1, and the random number was generated by Excel and then the participants were allocated to 400IU / day and 800IU/ day groups according to the size of the random number.
