研究目的：

研究非注射类冷冻麻醉剂对于慢性牙周病患者基础治疗时的镇痛作用的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the efficacy of a noninjectable frozen anesthesia in the reduction of pain during scaling and root planing in untreated chronic periodontitis patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1） 年龄为18-65岁
2） 每1/4区均至少含有二个切牙，一个尖牙，一个前磨牙和一个磨牙；
3） 在过去12个月内未行任何牙周治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patient aged 18 to 65 years;
2. Patients needde to have a minium of two incisors, one canine, one premolar, and one molar in all four quadrants;
3. Patients should not have undergone SRP or any periodontal treatment in the previous 12 months.

排除标准：

1）治疗前需要预防性使用抗生素者；
2）患有其他慢性疼痛性疾病者；
3）有凝血问题或者接受抗凝治疗者；
4）怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
5）患有急性牙周疼痛，牙髓炎，牙周脓肿或其他急性感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those requiring propylactic antibiotics before periodontal SRP;
2. Those suffering from any psychiatric disorders or chronic pain problems;
3. Patients with coagulation disorders or on anticoagulation therapy;
4. Female patients those were pregnant or lactating;
5. Patients are having acute periodontal pain, pulpitis, abscesses, or ther acute infections.
