研究目的：

探究艾司氯胺酮对医疗加速康复外科（ERAS）模式下小儿腹腔镜手术全麻苏醒期躁动的抑制作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the inhibitory effect of esketamine on agitation during recovery from general anesthesia in pediatric laparoscopic surgery under enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) mode.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.腹股沟斜疝行内环口缝扎术患儿；
2.年龄1-7岁；
3.BMI 12-20 ；
4.ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children with oblique inguinal hernia undergoing internal circumferential suture;
2. Aged 1-7 years;
3. BMI 12-20;
4. ASA grade I-II.

排除标准：

1.对盐酸艾司氯胺酮注射液过敏；
2.术前肝、肾功能不全或存在心脏疾病；
3.术前1周内有上呼吸道感染症状；
4.存在神经系统疾病的患儿；
5.手术时间小大于40min。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to esketamine hydrochloride injection;
2. Preoperative liver and kidney dysfunction or heart disease;
3. Symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection within 1 week before surgery;
4. Children with neurological diseases;
5. The operation time is less than 40min.
