研究目的：

评估吡咯替尼在真实世界背景中治疗HER2阳性晚期乳腺癌的疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of pyrotinib in the treatment of HER2 positive advanced breast cancer in the real world.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1．女性且年龄≥18 岁；
2．经组织病理学、细胞学或影像学证实的术后复发转移或确诊时无法手术的IV期HER2阳性乳腺癌患者，HER2阳性乳腺癌的定义为原发灶或转移灶组织标本免疫组织化学HER2为3+或荧光原位杂交技术检测(FISH)为阳性；
3．能够吞服片剂；
4．治疗期间有可溯源的病史记录。

Inclusion criteria

1. Female, age >= 18 years old;
2. HER2 positive advanced breast cancer diagnosed by pathology, cytology or radiology, including inoperable breast cancer with stage IV, or recurrent/metastatic breast cancer.
HER-2 positivity was confirmed by histopathological test: immunohistochemistry(IHC) results of 3 + or in situ hybridization (ISH) results of amplification of HER2
3. Be able to swallow tablets;
4. There are traceable medical records during treatment.

排除标准：

1．妊娠或哺乳期女性；
2．存在严重的不可控制的感染性疾病、严重的基础疾病、精神疾病；
3．已知存在任何研究药物超敏反应史；
4．研究者判定不适合参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or breast-feeding female patients;
2. Suffering from serious and uncontrollable infectious diseases, basic diseases and mental illness;
3. Any known history of hypersensitivity to study drug;
4. Inappropriateness to be included in the opinion of researchers.
