研究目的:

我们利用代谢组学以及肠道菌群DNA测序等高通量技术手段,进一步揭示久坐及运动行为对人体肠道菌群及其粪便代谢物的影响和理解螺旋藻是否能够通过调控久坐或运动人群的肠道菌群及代谢产物达到改善或增加运动潜能的作用,为开展螺旋藻干预久坐行为及提高运动员运动水平的相关研究提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study:

We use metabolomics and intestinal flora DNA sequencing technology such as flux, further reveal the sedentary and exercise behavior in human intestinal flora and its excrement and urine metabolites and understand the influence of spirulina can through regulating sedentary or movement of intestinal flora and metabolic products to improve or increase the potential of movement,To provide a theoretical basis for the research on the intervention of spirulina in sedentary behavior and the improvement of athletes' sports level.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

研究程序: 1.实验前准备:采用双盲实验,运动人群49例(其中服用螺旋藻的人数为38例,空白对照11例);久坐人群共31例(均服用螺旋藻)。所有入组人员进行体检信息及一般资料,包括年龄,性别等收集,并由护理人员抽血,建立基线。服用螺旋藻前,收集入组志愿者粪便。 2.通过代谢组学以及肠道菌群DNA测序等高通量技术,检测志愿者粪便中菌群组成,短链脂肪酸水平等指标。 3.2个月后再次进行上述1.2步操作。 4.分析干预前后或服用螺旋藻与安慰剂治疗组数据变化情况,统计分析结果。比较各组粪便中菌群组成及短链脂肪酸水平的差异。分析志愿者血清中雌二醇E2,睾酮,血红蛋白,乳酸脱氢酶,肌酸激酶,血尿素的变化情况,并分别和肠道菌群和短链脂肪酸指标做相关分析。 研究用药及给药方案: 给药组每人每天服用6g螺旋藻,服用2个月。 标本采集: 入组人员按照实验方案,收集血液和粪便样本2次。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

Research procedure: 1.Preparation before the experiment: a double-blind experiment was conducted with 49 exercise subjects (38 of whom took spirulina and 11 of whom were blank control); A total of 31 patients (all taking spirulina) were sedentary. All enrolled persons underwent physical examination and general information, including age and gender, etc., and blood was drawn by nursing staff to establish baseline. Feces of the volunteers were collected before taking spirulina. 2.High-throughput technologies such as metabolomics and intestinal microbiota DNA sequencing were used to detect the microbiota composition and short-chain fatty acid level in feces of volunteers. 3.2 Perform step 1.2 again after months. 4.Analyze the data changes before and after intervention or in the spirulina and placebo treatment groups, and statistically analyze the results. The composition of fecal flora and the level of short-chain fatty acids were compared among all groups. The changes of estradiol E2, testosterone, hemoglobin, lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase and blood urea in serum of volunteers were analyzed, and the correlation analysis was made with intestinal flora and short-chain fatty acid indexes respectively. Study drug use and administration plan: The drug administration group took 6g spirulina every day for 2 months. Specimen collection: Blood and stool samples were collected twice according to the experimental plan. 

纳入标准:

本研究遵循赫尔辛基宣言,根据国际医学伦理学规范标准,通过伦理委员会的批准,获得志愿者的知情同意后将其作为研究对象。
1.选取49例我校体育学院足球队及田径队队员,31例每天步数小于3000步,躺坐时间每天超过6小时;
2.年龄在18-35岁;
3.大学以上受教育程度;
4.签订知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, the International Code of Medical Ethics, the approval of the Ethics Committee and the informed consent of the volunteers.
1.49 cases of football team and track and field team of our school of physical education were selected. 31 cases took less than 3000 steps every day and spent more than 6 hours lying down.
2.Aged between 18 and 35 years;
3.College education or above;
4.Signing the informed consent.

排除标准:

1. 曾患消化系统疾病(包括溃疡性结肠炎、克罗恩病等);
2. 排除可能的血管性、外伤、医疗所致的运动功能下降;
3. 不稳定或严重的心、肺、肝、肾、造血系统疾病(包括不稳定心绞痛、不能控制的哮喘、活动性胃出血、癌症等);
4. 近一个月使用任何抗生素及酒精滥用。

Exclusion criteria:

1.History of digestive system diseases, including ulcerative colitis and crohn's disease, etc.);
2.Vascular, traumatic, medically induced decline in motor function;
3.Unstable or severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, renal or hematopoietic system disease (including unstable angina, uncontrollable asthma, active gastric bleeding, cancer, etc.);
4.Use of any antibiotics and alcohol abuse in the last month.
