研究目的：

1.探究PACU内半卧位对全麻患者拔管后低氧血症的影响； 2.探究PACU内不同角度半卧位之间的优劣性； 3.观察上述干预措施对患者预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Exploring the influence of semi-recumbent position in PACU on hypoxemia after extubation in general anesthesia patients; 2.Exploring the pros and cons of different angles and semi-recumbent positions in PACU; 3.Observing the influence of the above intervention measures on the prognosis of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁，拟于全身麻醉下行择期胸腔镜或腹腔镜手术；
2.ASA分级I-III级；
3.同意参与该研究，接受后期随访，签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged >=18 years, planning to elective thoracoscopic or laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia;
2.ASA classification I-III;
3.Agree to participate in the study, accept follow-up, and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.血流动力学不稳定患者；
2.已参与其他研究者；
3.无法正常交流：听力障碍、语言理解障碍、精神疾病等；
4.BMI>=35kg/m^2；
5.存在肺部并发症患者；
6.既往有胸、腹部手术者；
7.施行椎管内麻醉或局部神经阻滞的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with hemodynamic instability;
2.Those who have participated in other researchers;
3.Unable to communicate normally: hearing impairment, language comprehension, mental illness, etc.;
4.BMI >=35kg/m^2;
5.Patients with pulmonary complications;
6.In the past Patients undergoing thoracic and abdominal surgery;
7.Patients undergoing intraspinal anesthesia or local nerve block.

由独立的研究人员进行随机化，按照手术类型和年龄进行分层，在形成的亚组中采用区组随机化，并对区组长度进行隐匿，使用计算机生成随机序列，按照要求将患者纳入对应的组别中。
