研究目的：

明确食管癌放疗患者营养干预启动的不同时机对维持患者营养状况、放疗不良反应等是否具有差异。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of the study was to investigate the different timing of intervention of nutrition on esophageal carcinoma patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

分观察组和对照组，观察组为放疗前3天开始给予营养干预，对照组为放疗开始后15天给予营养干预。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A total of 100 patients with esophageal cancer treated with radiotherapy were randomized to an observation group(treated with early nutrition management) and a control group(treated with late nutrition management). 

纳入标准：

年龄在18~75岁，明确为食管癌，行放射治疗，且自愿签署和参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

The age of patients were between 18~75 years, and these patients were diognosed with esophageal carcinoma.patients were required to be conscious and have no communication problems, as well as be able to wallk indepently without the help of others ans sign informed consent forms.

排除标准：

有重症疾病，有心、肝、肾功能衰竭，器官移植，有精神疾患，有严重的认知障碍和言语表达缺陷的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria were patients who had received any organ transplant or have concurrent other malignancies,and patients have communication problems and various heart, liver and kidney dysfunction.
