研究目的：

探讨超声监测颅脑手术全麻患者外周血流动力学的意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Discuss the neaning of ultrasonic monitoring peripheral blood flow mechanics in cerebral surgery patients under general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.需急诊行开颅血肿清除术患者 2.年龄20-70岁 3.ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅳ级 4.Mallampati Ⅰ级

Inclusion criteria

1. Craniocerebral injury patients require surgical treatment;
2. age between 20-70 years old;
3. ASA I-IV;
4. Mallampati I.

排除标准：

1.肺、 肝、 肾及神经系统功能异常2.甲状腺功能异常者 3.长期服用镇痛、 镇静药物者 4.有血管活性药物服用史者 5.术前有明显血容量不足者 6.有血管病变者 7.体重指数 >28 kg/m 2 或<18 kg/m2 者 8.术中出现插管困难者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Dysfunction in lung, liver, kidney and nervous system;
2. Thyroid function was abnormal;
3. Use analgesic, sedative drugs sustaining;
4. Use vascular active drugs;
5. Significantly less blood volume preoperative;
6. With vascular lesions;
7. BMI >28 kg/m 2 or <18 kg/m2;
8. Intubation difficulty
