研究目的：

评价A型肉毒毒素注射对婴幼儿痉挛状态的缓解的疗效观察及探讨对婴幼儿合适的A型肉毒毒素注射剂量。应用超声测量A型肉毒毒素注射前后脑瘫患儿腓肠肌、腘绳肌、内收肌的形态结构参数的改变， 包括羽状角、 肌肉厚度以及肌纤维长度。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the therapeutic effects of different doses of botulinum toxin A (BTX-A) injection on the lower extremities spasm in children with cerebral palsy.To assessment calf, hamstring and adductor muscle morphological structure parameters, including pennation angle, muscle thickness and fascicle lengths for cerebral palsy before and after botulinum toxin injections by ultrasound guidance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合儿童痉挛型脑性瘫痪诊断标准；
2.郑州大学第三附属医院脑康中心2015.05-2017.01脑性瘫痪痉挛型四肢瘫、双瘫、偏瘫患儿；
3.以下肢腓肠肌、腘绳肌、内收肌群为靶肌；
4.年龄9月~36月。

Inclusion criteria

1. meet to the diagnosis standard of spasm cerebral palsy;
2. the spasm of cerebral palsy children with tetraplegia, double paralysis, hemiplegia from 2015.05 to 2017.01 at Rehabilitation Center for Children with Cerebral Palsy in Henan Province, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University;
3. In the lower extremities calf, hamstring and adduction muscle group for the target muscle;
4. the age between 9 and 36 months old.

排除标准：

1.过敏体质、严重肝肾功能不全；
2.存在神经肌肉接头病变；有注射部位及全身其他部位感染；
3.1周内使用某些加重神经肌肉接头传递障碍的药物；
4.存在关节固定、注射肌群挛缩严重。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic constitution, severe liver and kidney function damage;
2. Neuromuscular joint lesions; The injection site andother areas of the body is infection;
3. Drugs which can increase nerve muscle joint disorder in 1week was applied;
4. Existing joint fixed, severe muscle contracture injection.
