研究目的：

观察穴位注射疗法对膝骨性关节炎患者关节液中软骨退变相关因子的影响以初步探明其治疗关节退变的分子学作用机制

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of acupoint injection on factors in synovial fluid related to cartilage degeneration and further to explore the molecular mechanism of its curative effects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①1个月内全身或者膝关节有严重感染病史者;
②1周内应用非甾体类药物( NSADs),局部封闭治疗者;
③1个月内注射过激素类药物者;
④正在接受其它相关治疗，可能影响本研究效应指标观测者;
⑤合并有严重心脑血管疾病或脏器衰竭不能耐受刺激者;
⑥精神病患者；
⑦妊娠期或者在试验期间有妊娠意向者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with infection history of knee joint or multi-system in recent one month.
2. Patients underwent local blockage therapy with NSAIDs in recent one month.
3. Patients received corticosteroid injection in recent month.
4. Patients that under other modalities which could influence the indexes observed in this study.
5. Patients with severe cardiovascular/cerebrovascular disease or with organ failure that cannot bear intervention in this study.
6. Patients with psychopath.
7. Pregnant patiens or willing to be conceived during or short after the study.
