探讨代谢酶基因多态性对特发性男性不育症患者抗氧化治疗效果的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of genetic polymorphisms of metabolic enzymes of antioxidant treatment of patients with idiopathic male infertility.

Inclusion criteria

Analysis of 2 times or more according to the WHO fifth version of the standard semen routine, the idiopathic male infertility patients were divided into the following three groups: (a) of idiopathic oligozoospermia group: semen volume was more than 1.5ml, the sperm density was less than 15*10^6/mL, total sperm vitality more than 40% or sperm forward activity more than 32%, sperm motility more than 58%; more than 4% or less than 4% in normal sperm morphology (strict standards); (b) of idiopathic asthenospermia group: semen volume was more than 1.5ml, the sperm density was more than 15*10^6/mL, less than 40% and total sperm vitality of sperm forward activity less than 32%, sperm motility rate less than 58%; more than 4% or less than 4% in normal sperm morphology (strict standards); c) idiopathic oligoasthenospermia group: semen volume was more than 1.5ml, the sperm density was less than 15*10^6/mL, less than 40% and total sperm vitality of sperm forward activity less than 32%, sperm motility rate less than 58%; more than 4% or less than 4% in normal sperm morphology (strict standard). At the same time, all the idiopathic infertile male testicular volume in normal Chinese adult testis volume range (15 to 25mL), peripheral blood chromosome (G band) were 46, XY; peripheral serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH), prolactin (PRL), testosterone (T) levels in the normal value of lower limit of normal range or slightly below; regular life for more than 1 years, has not taken any contraceptive measures the woman did not become pregnant; negative anti sperm antibody detection.

排除标准：

排除患者性生活异常，存在不射精或逆行射精等射精障碍；排除染色体异常、先天畸形、隐睾、睾丸发育不良、睾丸萎缩、损伤、精索静脉曲张、性腺功能减退症、白细胞精子症、输精管梗阻及生殖系统感染等；排除服用抗癫痫病、抗肿瘤、抗风湿及抗类风湿等有碍生精及精子活力的药物者；排除合并心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病、代谢性疾病、精神病患者，排除吸烟（每天吸烟在10支以上，持续半年以上）及酗酒（每天酗酒50mL（纯乙醇含量）以上，持续半年以上）者以及患者本人或家属不同意参加并未签订临床研究协议者。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion of patients with abnormal sex life, there is no ejaculation or retrograde ejaculation ejaculation obstacle; eliminate chromosomal abnormality, congenital malformation, cryptorchidism, testicular dysplasia, testicular atrophy, injury, varicocele, hypogonadism, leukocytospermia, obstruction of vas deferens and reproductive system infection; ruled out taking antiepileptic drugs, anti tumor, anti rheumatism and rheumatoid and other anti hinder the spermatogenesis and sperm motility; exclusion with cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system severe primary disease, metabolic disease, mental disease, eliminate smoking (smoking every day lasting for half a year in more than 10, above) and alcohol (alcohol (pure 50mL every day the content of ethanol) above, continued for more than half a year) and the patients themselves or their family members do not agree to participate in the signing of the agreement was not of clinical research.
