排除标准：

(1) 药物滥用史；（2）每周饮酒超过两次； （3）每天吸烟超过10根

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of drug abuse; (2) Consuming more than two alcoholic drinks twice a week; (3)Smoking more than ten cigarettes a day.
