研究目的：

建立安全、有效、便于推广的中医、中西医结合治疗ALT正常或轻度升高慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的优化方案，达到提高肝纤维化的逆转率，降低肝硬化的发生率及病死率。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish safe, effective, convenient combination optimization scheme is normal or slightly elevated liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, ALT promotion, improve the liver fibrosis reversal rate, decrease the incidence and mortality of liver cirrhosis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并感染其他病毒性肝病。
（2）合并其他慢性重型肝炎、失代偿期肝硬化、肝癌等严重或终末期肝病者；
（3）伴有心、肾、肺、内分泌、血液、代谢、免疫及胃肠道严重原发病者或精神病患者；
（4）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
（5）过敏体质或对所用中药过敏的患者；
（6）不能按规定用药，依从性差，资料不全影响疗效和安全性判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Co infection with other viral liver diseases;
(2) associated with other chronic severe hepatitis, decompensated cirrhosis, liver cancer and other serious or end-stage liver disease;
(3) with heart, kidney, lung, blood, endocrine, metabolic, immune and gastrointestinal severe primary diseases or psychiatric patients;
(4) pregnant or lactating women;
(5) allergic or the use of traditional Chinese medicine allergic patients;
(6) and not according to the prescribed medication, poor compliance, incomplete information affect the efficacy and safety of judge.
