研究目的：

与常规CTA检查对比，探讨低剂量MSCT摇篮扫描技术一站式全脑灌注与动态CTA检查的可行性及其在评价脑动脉瘤中的优越性。  

Objectives of Study：

The present study aimed to use 128-slice spiral CT with low radiation dose and 'toggle-table' mode, to investigate the feasibility and advantage of one-stop whole-brain CTP and CTA in evaluating intracranial aneurysms.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)CT平扫提示自发性脑血肿、颅内占位（包括明显的动静脉畸形血管团）者，2)患者躁动不能配合检查，3)碘剂过敏史以及肝肾功能损害等不适宜行CTA者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Non-contrast enhancement CT (NECT) scanning showed spontaneous intracerebral hematoma or intracranial space occupying lesion; 2) Patients who could not cooperate during the examinations for dysphoria; and 3) Patients who were not suitable for CTA due to iodine allergy or damages of liver and renal functions.
