研究目的：

研究拟通过创伤递升治疗法与直接开腹手术法相比较，探讨创伤递升式分阶段处理SAP的可行性及临床应用价值，以期为提高SAP的临床疗效提供有效手段。  

Objectives of Study：

This research is about the clinical analysis of a step-up approach compared with direct open necrosectomy for severe acute pancreatitis, by which to explore the feasibility and clinical application value, in order to provide the effective means to improve the clinical efficacy of SAP.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①患者本人或家属拒绝入组；②患者年龄<18岁及>80岁；③来我院之前在医院有过治疗经历；④慢性胰腺炎急性发作；⑤胰腺手术术后胰腺炎；⑥创伤性胰腺炎；⑦肿瘤引起急性胰腺炎；⑧有严重心、肺、肾功能不全病史者；⑨有严重肝硬化、精神障碍及行血液透析者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients and/or their families refuse to enter the group;
2. The age of the patients does not conform to the label;
3. Have a experience of treatment before had to be hospitalized;
4. Acute attack of chronic pancreatitis;
5. Pancreatitis after pancreatic operation;
6. Traumatic pancreatitis;
7. SAP induced by tumor;
8. Patients with serious heart and kidney dysfunction, pulmonary decompensation, or complicated with serious damage in other systems;
9. Patients with severe cirrhosis, mental disorders and for hemodialysis.
