研究目的：

明确有晶体眼后房型人工晶体植入术治疗高度近视和散光的安全性和有效性，观察波前相差的变化规律.  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the security and validity of being implanted implantable collamer lenses in patients with hypermyopia and astigmatism.observing the change rule of wavefront aberration.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

任何眼部及全身疾病不适合内眼手术者，年龄＜18岁或＞50岁，中央前房深度≤2.8mm，暗光下瞳孔直径＞6mm,角膜内皮细胞数＜2500/mm,不能理解手术风险。

Exclusion criteria：

Any eye disease and general disease, to be aged younger than 18 years old or older than 50 years old, ACD less than at least 2.8mm, pupil diameter(dark) more than 6mm, the nunmber of corneal endothelial less than at least 2500/mm, the patient cannot understand the operation risk.
