研究目的：

1.初步明确本地区COPD全身炎症表型、氧化应激、焦虑抑郁和营养不良的发生率、营养不良的危险因素。 2.明确营养不良、炎性指标、氧化/抗氧化失衡、焦虑抑郁与急性加重次数/年、住院次数/年、感冒次数/年等的关系。 3.探讨肺功能损害程度与营养状况之间的关系、炎性细胞因子、氧化/抗氧化失衡、焦虑抑郁与营养不良的关系；探讨炎性细胞因子水平、氧化/抗氧化失衡、焦虑抑郁、营养状况与未来发生急性加重风险的相关性。 4.根据患者的症状、肺功能、炎性细胞因子的水平、氧化/抗氧化失衡、焦虑抑郁、营养状况等因素综合评估患者当前症状和远期风险。 5.为COPD合并营养不良、COPD炎症表型、氧化/抗氧化失衡、焦虑抑郁患者的个体化治疗尤其是早期干预提供循证依据，从而改善 COPD患者的生活质量及生存率，进而减轻经济和社会负担。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Preliminary study the incidence of systemic inflammatory COPD phenotype, oxidative stress, and anxiety and depression disorders, and risk factors of malnutrition in this area; 2. To explore the relationships between malnutrition, Inflammatory status, oxidation/antioxidant imbalance, anxiety and depression disorders and the annual incidence rate ratios of acute COPD exacerbation, hospitalization and colds. 3. To investigate the association between damage of pulmonary function and nutritional status, the relationships between inflammatory cytokines, oxidation/antioxidant, anxiety and depression disorders and malnutrition，and to the association between inflammatory cytokine levels, oxidation/antioxidant, anxiety and depression disorders, nutritional status and the risk of acute exacerbation in future in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. 4. A thorough evaluation of current symptoms and long-term risks of patients according to patients' symptoms, pulmonary function, inflammatory cytokine levels, oxidation/antioxidant, anxiety and depression disorders, nutritional status and other factors. 5. To prescribe individualized treatment, especially for early intervention therapy,for patients with COPD who combine with malnutrition, inflammatory COPD phenotype, oxidation/antioxidant, anxiety and depression disorders,as a result, to improve the quality of life of patients with COPD and impact on survival, and to reduce the burden of economy and society.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.可造成气喘或呼吸困难的其它疾病患者，如：支气管扩张症、活动性肺结核、支气管哮喘，肺癌等。
2.有全身其他系统性炎症疾病，如：关节炎、结缔组织疾病等。
3.患有精神疾病、认知功能障碍、不能交流的患者。
4.身体超重或肥胖（BMI≥30kg/m2）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with other diseases such as bronchiectasis, active tuberculosis, bronchial asthma, lung cancer,
etc, are characterized by wheezing or breathing difficulties;
2. Subjects with other systemic inflammatory diseases, such as arthritis, connective tissue diseases, and so on;
3. Subjects with mental illness, cognitive deficits and communication barrier;
4. Subjects with overweight or obese men and women (BMI more than 30kg/m2).
