研究目的：

1、临床测试学习型模型预测控制的可行性和效果，并对其进行优化 2、提高1型糖尿病患者日常血糖控制效果

Objectives of Study：

1. To clincial evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of learning-type model predictive control (L-MPC), and then to optimize L-MPC; 2. To improve the performance of the daily blood glucose management for type 1 diabetes mellitus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）不愿意配合重复的血糖检验或接受胰岛素输注指示
（2）血糖不稳定，全天血糖波动较大
（3）酮症状中毒，感染以及其他应激状态
（4）免疫系统疾病
（5）严重的肝脏或肾脏疾病
（6）严重的心衰或心衰症状
（7）晕血
（8）凝血障碍

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Unwilling to perform repeated glucose checks or take insulin as instructed;
(2) Unstable blood glucose, large fluctuations in blood glucose throughout the day;
(3) Ketone symptoms poisoning, infection, and other stress state;
(4) Immune system disease;
(5) Severe liver or kidney disease;
(6) Severe heart failure or hear failure symptoms;
(7) Hematophobia blood;
(8) Poor blood clotting.
