To investigate the effect of human mesenchymal stem cells subconjunctival and intrastromal transplantation for severe ocular surface diseases, such as the acute stage of chemical burn.

排除标准：

1.睑球粘连，角膜结膜化，角结膜瘢痕等非活动性病变
2.妊娠期患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. The chronic stage of severe ocular surface diseases, such as symblepharon，corneal conjunctivalization, corneal scarring;
2. Pregnancy patients.
