研究目的：

术后早期通过施加正常分娩新生儿吮吸压力的乳头刺激直至新生儿口腔负压恢复，以刺激剖宫产产妇的泌乳发动，促进母乳喂养。

Objectives of Study：

To stimulate the nipple by electric breast pumps with suckling pressure of normal vaginal newborns immediately after cesarean section aimed at sufficient nipple stimulation and improving lactogenesis II.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1排除母婴疾病影响新生儿吮吸吞咽功能；2.排除母婴分离（转入NICU）；3排除非母乳喂养者以及非直接母乳喂养，即采用完全的奶瓶喂养，乳汁挤出喂养或完全代乳品喂养。4排除母亲病理性原因可能导致泌乳不足。如乳腺发育不良、乳房手术/损伤、乳房复位成型术、隆胸术（非病理）、甲减、垂体功能减退、多囊卵巢综合征、卵巢黄素化囊肿、胎盘植入、术后即刻诊断的产后大出血、羊水栓塞。

Exclusion criteria：

1. New born infant diseases or abnormalities with suckling or swallowing problems diagnosed after intervention (cheilopalatognathus, Congenital heart disease);
2. mother and infant separation;
3. non-breastfeeding after intervention including totally bottle feeding, artificial feeding or non-biological mother breastfeeding.
4.maternal diseases diagnosed after intervention, which may affect the breastfeeding or lactation, such as Retained placental fragments, Postpartum hemorrhage with Sheehans syndrome.
