研究目的：

确立能够反映胶质母细胞瘤分子特征的功能和代谢MRI影像表现特征和相关生物学标志，将其应用于胶质母细胞瘤诊断和治疗过程中准确、及时评估肿瘤分子特征的变化，以选择最适治疗方案、监测肿瘤对治疗的反应以优化治疗方案和及早发现正常组织内的异常反应，为胶质母细胞瘤动态个体化分子诊断、靶向治疗提供科学的评价依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To obtain anatomic and physiologic MRI biomarkers which correlate well with molecular properties in glioblastoma multifome (GBM). To apply these MRI biomarkers to estimate the changes of molecular characteristics in GBM during treatment, predict outcome and assess treatment response, which may provide the scientific basis on individualized molecular diagnosis and targeted therapy in GBM.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）多发肿瘤；
（2）脑膜脑炎和结核患者；
（3）孕期妇女；
（4）精神障碍患者；
（5）不能控制的糖尿病患者；
（6）严重心肺疾患患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with multiple tumors;
(2) Patients with meningoencephalitis or tuberculosis;
(3) Pregnant Women
(4) Patients with mental disorders;
(5) Patients with diabetes cannot control the disease;
(6) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease.
