研究目的：	针对进行经皮肾造瘘的病人，比较喷洒JUC长效抗菌材料的方法与常规护理在预防术后尿路感染和出口部位感染上的效果。
Objectives of Study：	For patients undergoing percutaneous nephrostomy, the effect of JUC Long-acting Antimicrobial Material in preventing postoperative urinary tract infection and exit site infection was compared with that of routine care.
药物成份或治疗方案详述：
Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：
纳入标准：	年龄18至65周岁（≥18周岁，且≤65周岁）；各种原因造成的需要经皮肾造瘘的患者；同意参加并签署知情同意书。
Inclusion criteria	Patients aged between 18-65 years old; patients requiring percutaneous nephrolithotomy for various causes; patients who agreed to participate and signed informed consent form.
排除标准：	①入选时存在尿路感染、血尿、排尿困难的症状；②糖尿病患者；③孕妇、哺乳期妇女；④入组前72小时内接受抗生素治疗者；⑤对胶乳、水凝胶（有机硅）、铵盐过敏者；⑥有精神系统疾病；⑦其他免疫抑制性疾病。
Exclusion criteria：	1. Patients with symptoms of unrinary tract infection, hematuria and dysuria at enrollment; 2. Patients with diabetes mellitus; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Patients receiving antibiotics 72 hours before enrollment; 5. Patients allergic to latex, hydrogels (silicone) and ammonium salt; 6. Patients with mental disorders; 7. Patients with other immunosuppressive diseases.
