研究目的：

通过获取以及共享多中心老年人围术期器官功能损伤的相关数据，分析、总结老年人围术期器官功能损伤的危险因素、预警指标，探索有效的防治措施，全面提升老年人围术期器官损伤防治的综合水平，尤其是脑功能，以降低其发生率、死亡率，提高其救治的成功率。  

Objectives of Study：

With the relevant data of organ function in perioperative period of injury in the elderly multiple center through the acquisition and sharing, analysis, summary of elderly patients during perioperative period of organ function injury risk factors, early warning index, explore effective prevention measures, improve the old Wei of prevention and treatment of postoperative period the comprehensive level of organ injury, particularly brain function, in order to reduce the mortality rate, its occurrence, improve the successful rate of treatment.
