研究目的：

研究渐进多焦镜片对国人青少年早期近视发展的影响作用，探讨提高调节准确度、减少调节滞后对早期近视的控制作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the influence of progressive addition lenses on early myopia in Chinese adolescents, and investigate the control of adolescent myopia by improving accommodation accuracy and decreasing accommodative hysteresis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有显性斜视或其他眼科疾病；
患有系统性疾病；
长期服用可能影响屈光状态的药物；
父母一方近视度数高于3D者；
在试验过程中佩戴隐形眼镜或者使用其它治疗近视手段的.

Exclusion criteria：

Manifest strabismus or other ophthalmopathy;
Systematic diseases;
Use of drugs that may influence the refractive status;
Myopia degree of either parent more than 3D;
Use of contact lenses or other myopia-treatment methods in the study.
