研究目的：

利用基因组学为研究手段筛选肝移植围术期多器官功能不全的早期异常基因表达，为早期预测、早期处理肝移植围术期的并发症，提高肝移植生存率而奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Search the abnormal genes expression for multiple organs dysfunction during early stage of perioperation of liver translation by means of genomics, in order to predict and manage the complications during perioperation of liver transplantation in early period, and improve the survival rate in patients after liver transplantation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

非因乙型肝炎病毒感染致肝硬化或肝癌而需要进行肝脏移植治疗，术前存在多器官功能不全的证据，在术后7天内未出现多器官功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who need liver transplantation due to other caused than liver cirrhosis caused by hepatitis B virus infection or liver cancer, having evidence of multiple organs dysfunction before operation (except for the hepatic function) or do not occur multiple organs dysfunction within 7 days after operation.
