研究目的：

肝动脉栓塞化疗是治疗原发性肝癌，特别是中晚期肝癌的重要治疗手段。但是如何巩固肝动脉栓塞化疗效果，进一步提高中晚期肝癌的长期生存，是我们亟待研究与解决的重要问题。本研究旨在评价沙利度胺联合肝动脉栓塞化疗治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效，探索以介入治疗为主的中晚期肝癌的综合治疗模式。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical benefit of combined transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) and thalidomide for hepatocellular carcinoma

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有活动性感染；有影响患者自诉能力的脑转移、严重脑疾病或精神疾病；同时患有其它恶性肿瘤、且未得到有效控制；妊娠或哺乳妇女；4周内参加过其他临床实验者；既往有血栓性疾病；有其他研究者认为不宜参加实验的情形。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with active infections and have brain metastases or serious brain illness or mental illness; pregnancy or breast-feeding women; Patients participated in other clinical experiments in four weeks; double primary cancers; patients with a thrombotic diseases in an earlier time.

治疗组以沙利度胺联合TACE，沙利度胺（江苏常州制药有限公司）:100mg/晚，7天后如无不可耐受的不良反应，改为200mg/晚，连续服3～6个月。TACE术2～3次，以后根据肿瘤控制情况补充经皮无水酒精消融术或TACE术
