研究目的：

通过13万从平原和低海拔地区进入青藏铁路施工（海拔4000米以上占86%）5年余时间高原病发病及相关因素分析和离开高原后随访观察研究，探讨高原病发生及防治规律  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the occurrence, treatment and prevention rules of altitude sickness, by analyzing the occurrence and related factors of altitude sickness in 133,000 Qingzang Railway builders (86% of them work at the altitude higher than 4000 meters), who come from the plain and low altitude region, and by the following-up observation and research after they leave the plateau.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除心肌梗塞、心力衰竭、肺炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾患、肺心病、原发性肺动脉高压症、急慢性脑血管病、癫痫、脑膜炎、脑炎、真性和继发性红细胞增多症等与急、慢性高原病需要鉴别的疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude myocardial infarction, heart failure, pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, primary pulmonary hypertension, acute and chronic cerebral vascular diseases, epilepsy, meningitis, encephalitis, primary or secondary polycythemia, and other disease that needed to be distinguished from acute or chronic altitude sickness.
