研究目的：

针对药物治疗存在的不足，选择认知行为治疗（cognitive-behavioral therapy，CBT）作为联合药物治疗的方法，对精神分裂症患者的阳性和阴性症状及情绪症状进行有效的心理干预，对患者的歪曲思维进行认知重建并训练患者管理认知来源的能力，同时对患者进行社会技能的训练，以更快更好地控制症状，减少复发，减轻护理负担，从而减少疾病的直接与间接费用，使疾病总费用下降，同时利于病人的社会康复，提高生活质量。

Objectives of Study：

Antipsychotic medication is established treatment for schizophrenia, Yet there are some deficits. So cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), as a augmenting treatment, is combined with antipsychotic medication to enhance the efficacy of treatment for schizophrenia. CBT is a effective psychological intervention which aim at improving the positive、negative and emotional symptom . In the process of CBT, Cognitive reconstruction is applied to modify the Cognitive distortions, and the patients are received social skill training. That will improve the symptom more quickly, and reduce the difficulty of nursing care. That will also reduce the relapse rate. Above all, CBT will decrease the direct and indirect cost of treatment. Meanwhile it is helpful to improve the life quality and social rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients.

排除标准：

排除标准：属于下列任何一项的患者不能入组
① 与其他精神疾病共病；
② PANSS量表中联想散漫≥4分、情感交流障碍≥4分，交流缺乏自发性和流畅性≥5分；
③ 近一个月之内未接受过无抽搐电痉挛治疗；
④ 合并严重或不稳定的躯体疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Other primary or co-primary psychiatric disorder; In the PNASS subscale: conceptual disorganization >=4, poor rapport >=4, lack of spontaneity and flow of conversation>=5; Undergoing MECT at the latest 1 month; Suffering from serious physical disease.

干预措施：	采用支持性心理治疗联合药物治疗。同一治疗师既施行CBT，同时也施行支持性心理治疗。第1-12周为心理治疗期，共治疗12次。第16周、20周和第24周为3次巩固治疗期。随访时间共60周（15个月）。	干预措施代码：
