研究目的：

探讨对于跟腱断裂的患者，采用新式运动疗法相对于传统的治疗方案，其临床结局及影像学结局是否不同。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical outcomes of latest kinesitherapy and traditional therapy on postoperative rupture of Achilles tendon

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

如果他们满足以下任何一条标准则被排除出本研究：①血液病、②有肝肾功能异常、③Ⅱ型糖尿病、④3个月内一直使用激素治疗(不包括短暂局部少量使用激素治疗皮肤疾病)、⑤怀孕及哺乳妇女、⑥精神病患者、⑦复合伤，跟腱周围软组织缺损者、⑧不同意签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hemopathy;
2. Hapartic and renal abnormality;
3. Type 2 diabetes;
4. Hormone in recent 3 months;
5. Pregnant or breast-feeding women;
6. Psychopathy;
7. Complicated with soft tissues around the tendon;
8. Without signing the informed consent.
