研究目的:

1.提出具有推广价值的1-2个更加精确和可重复的具有自主知识产权的早期诊断儿童肿瘤技术方案。提高我国儿童肿瘤的早期诊断率。 2.筛选出儿童肿瘤特异的蛋白指纹图谱,为进一步鉴定、纯化该生物学标记物打下基础。 3.建立新型儿童肿瘤的分子定义,寻找临床相关的符合儿童肿瘤发病机制的肿瘤新型分期标准。 4.明确与儿童肿瘤有关的主要病理暴露因素,初步揭示发病原因。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To explore one to two technical measures of early diagnose of children tumour, to promote the early diagnostic rate of children tumour; 2. Screening the special protein finger printer against the children tumour; 3. To definite the new children tumour and new standard of staging the tumour according to the mechanism of pathogen of the children tumour; 4. To explore the main relative exposure factor of pathogen of children tumour.

1. HIV positive finding in serum;
2. children with any connate disease or immunological diseases.
