研究目的：

a1受体阻滞剂因其良好的疗效、安全和耐受性已成为治疗BPH等男性泌尿生殖系统疾病常用一线药物之一。然而随着a1受体阻滞剂的广泛应用，临床研究发现坦索罗辛和西洛多辛等高选择a1A/L受体阻滞剂可致射精障碍高发且显著高于其他a1受体阻滞剂，主要表现为精液量减少。本研究从上述现象入手，采用经典离体组织实验技术与分子生物学技术相结合的方法，探讨男性生殖道a1受体亚型及其选择性阻滞剂对射精功能影响及其相关机制，在阐释射精障碍现象机制的同时进一步揭示男性泌尿生殖道的生理调节机制，为重新评估a1受体亚型及其阻滞剂对男性性功能甚至生殖功能的影响，为临床开辟a1受体阻滞剂在男科学领域新用途以及从a1受体亚型角度研选新药等诸多方面提供理论依据和宝贵线索，以期为泌尿男科疾病预防、诊断和治疗的发展翻开新的篇章。  

Objectives of Study：

The etiology of the ejaculation dysfunction(EjD) caused by alpha 1-blockers is still controversy so far. This study aim to assess the effects of alpha 1-blockers on isolated human seminal vesicles(SV), and to address the possible mechanism by which the EjD occurs.

排除肿瘤累及标本和术前服用有可能干扰实验结果的药物情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperatively, all patients were never under therapy interfering with seminal vesicles function;
2. no tumor invasion in smooth muscle strips of seminal vesicles
