研究目的：

评估小剂量降压治疗对伴危险因素的血压正常高值者对新发高血压、糖尿病、发生心血管联合事件以及对心血管病危险的中间指标或亚临床状态（血脂谱、颈动脉粥样硬化及动脉僵硬度-脉搏波速度）的影响

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of low dose anti-hypertensive treatment on combined cardiovascular events, new onset of hypertension, diabetes, and other intermediate status (hyperlipemia，carotid atherosclerosis，PWV) in subjects with high-normal blood pressure and cardiovascular risk factors.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 糖尿病患者（FPG≥7.0mmol/L及/或OGTT 2h PG≥11.1mmol/L）。 (2) 高血压患者（收缩压≥140 mmHg 和/或舒张压≥90 mmHg）或正在服用降压药。(3) 入选本研究三个月前，或与此同时参加其它研究试验的患者。 (4) 明显肾功能不全(肌酐≥2.5 mg/dl)。(5) 明显肝功异常(ALT超过正常值上限2倍)。(6) K+＜3.5 mmol/L或 k+＞5.6 mmol/L(7) 已知对本研究中所用的药物过敏者。(8) 研究开始前3个月内有过脑卒中或心肌梗塞病史者。(9) 研究开始前3个月内做过/或正准备做冠状动脉球囊扩张术或冠状动脉搭桥术。(10) 患其它严重疾病如恶性肿瘤。(11) 妊娠期妇女或可能怀孕的妇女。(12) 患者行动不便不能到诊室就诊。(13) 有其他需使用降压药物的情况。(14) 任何有服用研究用药或其他降压药物的适应证或禁忌证者。(15) 研究者认为不适于入选的对象。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diabetes mellitus（FPG>=7.0mmol/L and/or OGTT 2hPG>=11.1mmol/L);
2. Hypertensive patients（SBP>=140 mmHg and/or DBP>=90 mmHg);
3. Patients participating any other studies within three months or concomitantly;
4. Presence of renal dysfunction, Cr >133 mmol/L, or BUN > 14.2mmol/L;
5. Presence of hepatic dysfunction (AST and/or ALT is 3 times higher than normal limit);
6. Serum k+<3.5 mmol/L or >5.6 mmol/L;
7. Hypersensitive to study agents;
8. Stroke or myocardial infarction within 6 months of the enrollment;
9. PTCA or CABG within 2 months prior to the study;
10. Presence of malignant tumors or other serious diseases;
11. Pregnant or lactating women; women in reproductive age not using recognized contraceptive methods;
12. Impossible for follow up;
13. Indications of hypotensive drugs;
14. Indications or contraindication of study drugs;
15. Unsuitable for the study judged by physician in charge.
