观察运动及饮食干预对肥胖青少年身体形态、素质、糖脂代谢及氧化应激状态的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of aerobic exercise and diet intervention on body configuration, composition, and fitness, and glucose and lipids metabolism, and oxidative status in overweight adolescents.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

继发性肥胖者；确诊的糖尿病患者；有心、脑、肺、肾及运动系统等严重器质性病变者；肝功能不良者（血ALT>正常上限2倍）；近一个月内有急性应激状态者；有进展性的致命性疾病；酗酒或滥用药物史者；有慢性疾病正在服用药物治疗者；有精神疾病史者；不能完成随访或依从性差者；不愿签署知情同意书者

Exclusion criteria：

Secondary obesity; diagnosed diabetes and heart, brain, lung, kidney and movement system diseases; Alt over two times of normal range; acute stress condition within one month; progressive fatal disease; alcohol and drug abuse; chronic disease receiving treatment; history of mental disease; can't finish the follow-up or poor compliance; unwilling to sigh the inform consent.
