研究目的：

通过多中心、随机对照的方式，系统评价计算机化认知矫正治疗（CCRT)对精神分裂症认知缺陷、临床症状、社会功能、生活质量的疗效，运用神经电生理和神经影像的方法探讨CCRT的治疗作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the effect of computerized cognitive remediaiton therapy for patients with schizophrenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 伴精神发育迟滞或脑器质性疾病患者；
② 严重衰退或冲动兴奋不合作；
③ 伴发严重的抑郁、焦虑和物质滥用；
④ 存在听觉或/视觉感知障碍；
⑤ 严重的躯体疾病或药物副作用，无法进行CCRT治疗；
⑥ 孕期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. To be with psychic development delayed or brain organic diseases;
2. To be seriously fading or not cooperation due to impulse, exciting;
3. To be with serious depression, anxiety and drug abuse;
4. To be with auditory sense or sight esthesia defect;
5. To be with serious body disease or drug adverse caused unable to accept CCRT;
6. Pregnancy or feeding woman.
