研究目的：

1.评价黄芪注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭急性失代偿患者(DCHF)的住院期疗效以及黄芪注射液对DCHF患者短期预后的影响；2、探讨药物治疗对DCHF的血浆蛋白标记物影响和相关性研究；3、建立标准化的CHF中医辨证分型体系，研究DCHF患者中医证候分型规律，以及经黄芪注射液治疗后证候变化规律。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the curative effect of Huangqi injection in patients with acute decompensate chronic heart failure (ADCHF) and deficiency of vital energy and the affect of Huangqi injection for the short term prognoses in those patients; 2. To explore the pertinence between the blood biomarkers and ADCHF and the affect of Huangqi injection for ADCHF patients; 3. To set up standardized TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome for chronic heart failure.

黄芪注射液

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

严重心律失常：Ⅱ度Ⅱ型或Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞，室性心动过速，病态窦房结综合征，频发室上速；（经心脏起搏治疗者除外）
肥厚性心肌病，限制型心肌病，感染性心内膜炎，营养不良性心肌病，心包填塞，心肌炎急性期，心包疾病；
一周内确诊的急性心肌梗死；
严重原发肺部疾病（如ARDS、COPD、肺栓塞、肺心病等）；
其它严重未控制的各系统疾病；
对试验药过敏或有过敏史且未用过试验药者；
严重精神疾病者；
儿童、妊娠及哺乳妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. severe arrhythmia: degree II type II atrioventricular block or degree III atrioventricular block, ventricular tachycardia, sick sinus syndrome, frequent supraventricular tachycardia; (exclude patients after cadiac pacing therapy);
2. hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy, infective endoarditis, hyponutrition cardiomyopathy, pericardial tamponade, acute myocarditis, arcula cordis diseases;
3. acute myocardial infarction diagnosed in one week;
4. severe primary lung diseases (such as ARDS, COPD, pulmonary embolism, or pulmonale etc.);
5. other severe uncontrolled diseases of different systems;
6. alergy to investigational drug or never used investigational drug and with history of hyperacuity;
7. with severe mental sickness;
8. children, pregnant and breast feeding period woman.
