研究目的：

比较全膝关节置换术髌骨修整与不修整的临床效果。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the results of patellar reshaping and nonreshaping in total knee arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

曾行髌骨切除术、炎性关节炎、髌骨骨折病史、髌骨不稳曾行伸膝装置重排手术、胫骨高位截骨术、严重内外翻畸形(>15度)、化脓性关节炎和骨髓眼病史、限制行走能力的严重内科疾病、下肢其他关节病变。

Exclusion criteria：

previous patellectomy,inflammatory arthritis, patellar fracture, patellar instability, previous extensor mechanism procedures, high tibial osteotomy,severe valgus or varus deformity (> 15 degree), previous unicondylar knee replacement, a history of septic arthritis or osteomyelitis and bilateral primary total knee arthroplasty
