探索和完善心内非接触式标测技术指导下个体化消融方法。初步确定不同机制的房颤最适宜的消融线路、不同消融方法的消融终点、左心房或肺静脉不同部位最适宜的消融能量和消融时间。 证实心内非接触式标测技术指导下个体化消融方法在房颤消融成功率、房颤复发率、消融并发症等方面优于环肺静脉左房线性消融术。 拓宽房颤导管消融的适应证。以往房颤导管消融的对象局限于心脏结构正常的阵发性房颤,借助心内非接触式标测技术,将房颤导管消融的对象逐步扩展到持续性房颤、部分瓣膜性心脏病房颤,使房颤群体中更多的患者受益。并最终使其得以更大程度的推广和接受。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Most ablation strategies for atrial fibrillation consist of a standardized approach of pulmonary vein isolation and/or encirclement with or without additional ablation lines. However, because the pathogenesis of AF is multifactorial, a standardized ablation approach may not be equally effective or efficient in all patients with AF. A predefined, standardized lesion may involve more ablation than necessary in some patients and may be insufficient in others. The hypothes of the study was that the triggers and drivers of AF vary from patient to patient and that it is possible to identify the specific generators of AF by non contact mapping. This study determined the feasibility of an individualized catheter ablation strategy guided by non-contact mapping system, without the use of a standardized lesion set. |
